Good

Beautiful swimming pool view.

Not a 4-star hotel. Should be 3-star. No fridge. The plastic coffee machine is a joke. No enough towels. Room size is limited. I spend 20-30 min to get hot water in the hotel.

In Cancun, this hotel serves as an excellent home base for your stay.

The hotel's location was excellent, close to restaurants, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options.

The restaurant wasn't available in the evening. The bedrooms lacked soundproofing and were without a microwave or a small fridge.

What was the highlight of Adhara Hacienda Cancun

Perfect hotel for a not over-touristy place.

Wonderful location, close to all public transport. Close to the beach bus number 1. There are no crowds like in Hotel Zone, most of the guests are local. The pool view room is tidy and well-kept. The maid made the bed every afternoon and kept an eye on the cleanliness. Even the sand after the beach was always gone by the next day. There are wonderful taco restaurants and bars in the area. Definitely worth a try. The pool is a good one, clean, it feels good to take a dip after a tiring day.

Breakfast is a bit monotonous (we spent 10 night here, so it is understandable), lacking vegetables and cold cuts. As we had a room on the top floor, we could hear the noise of the central fan whirring on the corridor, but it wasn't bad in the room.

Very nice resort hotel

It is a very nice resort-like hotel with great pool area with a bar and music, very well maintained. Breakfast has a good variety. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is friendly. Location close to ADO bus station with connection to the airport is top. It was also nice that we were allowed to use the pool area after check out with our luggage being stored.

Walls are unfortunately indeed very thin so we could hear our neighbors laughing a lot at night in the next room and neighbors moving furnitures above us. It is bothering when you are trying to sleep. Also coffee machine in breakfast room needs maintenance as it was blocking after each cup.

Very Good

The facilities are clean and well maintained. The bedding was great. The breakfast is a full buffet and very nice. Nearly all staff was extremely helpful and courteous. There is a shuttle to the beach which was great. Location is close to several restaurants.

Our chief complaint is that there are no phones in the room to contact staff. You have to use WhatsApp and sometimes you don't get an answer promptly. I ended up just going to the lobby to directly get my needs taken care of.

I love everything! Location safe and fun to walk around. Breakfast excellent. Everyone is happy and willing to make you feel comfortable . Rooms are spotless !! All of the areas of the hotel are very well maintained and super clean!!

The staff at the entrance, at the bar and restaurant was super friendly! We only had one staff member at the check-in

It is clean, easy to access with public transport, ADO or taxi. Breakfast included made it easy for the start of our day. The pool bar has good drinks!

It was not easy to get extra water after the daily room supply was over. It’s felt like a hassle. The swimming pool was too cold to use even with the warm weather.

Wonderful

Hotel, pool area, breakfast buffet and room were a great size and good value for the money. Location is also great with being close to the bus stations and als a taxi/uber ride to the beachs & Hotel Zone is not far at all

Breakfast selection could be a bit more diverse and there were no labels on the food. Since it was almost exclusively Mexican food I did not know most of the stuff at the buffet.

The place is really nice and comfortable. Bar tenders and waiters are super helpful!

The staff members from front desk can be really careless when asked questions or wanted help. They didn’t let us to do our check in just 15 minutes before and when got there an hour later they still didn’t have the room ready.

Superb place with a truly excellent breakfast!

Excellent room facilities with a very comfortable bed, great bedding and powerful shower with very hot water. Aircon works extremely well, perhaps a little too well. We took a room on the highest floor which was nice and quiet. The buffet breakfast was really exceptional. Overall excellent value for the location. A mere 10 min walk from the ADO bus terminal and an easy 30 min walk to the main shopping markets like Mercado 28.

In spite of the breakfast incident, we enjoyed a quiet comfortable stay.

My stay at Adhara was made comfortable especially by staff member Enrique’s. We arrived late at night and he was most helpful.Compliments to the security and Bell Boy as well. The room was always clean and tidy. The pool was simply amazing and though we were always late from a tour to get the grill it smelt delicious.

I was disappointed with the breakfast staff. Our tour to Chichenitza andTulum was very early in the morning, I was unable to partake of breakfast and we did not stop for anything to eat until lunch. Other hotels offer a ‘To Gol bag because we’re supporting the economy when we pay for the tours. I found this policy of not allowing us to have an earlier breakfast very unreasonable. I did not get my money’s worth. I was also unable to take my daily medication for those two occasions.Some improvement is needed here.

Perfect one night stay

The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, even when we arrived late in the evening. The hotel has a nice pool and the view of it during the night is really nice. The breakfast was amazing! The selection was very broad. Honestly, it raised the bar. We were comparing the breakfast in the other hotels we stayed in during our Mexico trip to this one.

The hotel is located in downtown Cancun, near the bus station (10 minutes on foot from the ADO bus stop). However, if you are looking to go to the beach, you will need to travel some 30 - 40 minutes more by car or bus.
